The elm tree was removed within a couple of days of estimate while I was at work. Came home and yard and property was in great shape, no debris left. Owner has been honest, pleasant and reliable. If you didn't like "Noel", this is not that person. Just the name of the company. Cliff owns the business. He gave me a prompt estimate. The best estimate. He and his associate were in and out. They used my neighbor's driveway, with permission, for easier access. No trace that they had even been in the drive when they left. I love my neighbors, so that alone was worth 5 stars. I asked that the trunk be cut into pieces sized for fire wood and they did that. I have a lot of plants and shrubs near the tree that was removed and nothing was disturbed. I am as happy with the service as I am to be rid of the tree.
