Description of Work: We are real estate investors and Fred Tyson and his crew have completed all of our projects. They stepped up to the plate when we needed them. Fred and his crew are professional, well mannered and very easy to work with. We know we can count on him.

+ 1 moreFred and his crew were able to take a cold and uncomfortable space and turn it into a wonderful apartment so our family member would be able to live with us. He added a kitchen/laundry room complete with all the trimmings. He added a handicapped accessible bathroom. He added a bedroom. This was a major job that included floors, cabinets, plumbing, framing, paint, everything. Not only was the job done perfectly, it came in under budget. Our bank actually called us to let us know that this contractor's paperwork was more complete and polished than any they had ever worked with. Financing sailed through because everything was in order the first time. Highest recommendation. Would recommend to family members. Would use again without question.
Description of Work: Fred and his crew turned our basement into an apartment for an elderly family member. He turned a cold concrete set of rooms into a two bedroom apartment with kitchen and handicapped accessible bathroom. It was a complex job and they were fantastic!
