+ -1 moreThe process was done like the inspector was buying the place. Everything was explained to me as he was doing it. That way I knew exactly what he was talking about the entire time. When he was finished he handed me a binder with the report and photos inside. Because of his explaining everything to me, the report was so easy to read. There was no guessing what he was referencing in the report. Every question I asked was answered with complete information about what the required standards were and where my issue fit within the requirements. By the end of the inspection I was certain there was no way I could purchase the house and make all of the repairs. I knew some of the problems when making my offer, however, there was no way I could have known about the rest. I am so glad I used this company and plan to use them again when I find another property.
Description of Work: House inspection for purchase. Checked everything inside of the house. Checked everything outside of the house. Checked everything under the house. Checked the flow of water at every faucet. Checked the drain time of each sink. Checked each electrical outlet. Chceked roof and attic. Had a check list to work from. Entered his findings into his laptop as he completed each area.
