+ -1 moreFirst, they sent only one technician to do a job that required two technicians. Had to wait a week later to get job done. When they came, they installed metal flashing at problem areas where squirrel intrusion was present. Then a few days later the flashing didn't hold. I called them to get a patch of the work already done and they refused. No guarantee of work done and too expensive. Don't waste your time and money.
Description of Work: Needed metal flashing to deter squirrel intrusion.

+ 2 moreYes - you will pay more to hire them. But they show up on time and do quality work. If you have hired local people to do work you know this is a crap shoot 99 percent of the time. With this crew you know you are getting a pro to do the job and it is going to be done right. This was a professional service, and I'm willing to pay more to have professionals do the work. Very, very, very satisfied with the work done on my rental property. The communication throughout the process was better than anyone of the market (believe me I've talked with them all). They are willing to do small jobs and big job. They are are afraid of anything you can throw at them. I

The price seemed to be high, but Handyman of Kanawha Valley had a good Angie's list rating so they were hired to do the work. They were very cooperative in discussing the situation by phone and email. Prompt in completing the job.

+ 1 moreHandyman Mark was hired for a NASTY job! He removed soffitting that had been inhabited by generations of raccoons. Mid afternoon, 95 degrees, mask and face shield, on a ladder 20 feet up, raccoon debris raining down - didn't complain or scold me as some others that I had attempted to hire did. He covered my neighbor's car so that it didn't get dirty and cleaned up the whole mess when he was finished.
Description of Work: Needed soffits removed and window caulking replaced.

+ 4 moreVery well, though some delay due to rain. Traviis was very flexible and adaptable as we assessed what needed to be done and the best way to approach it. I really appreciated this as my brothers and I live quite a distance away and could not be on sight for most of the work.

They are more expensive than a local guy with a ladder that comes by. They are prompt. They get right back to you. You can pay with an credit card. You have all the convenience of an corporation.
