+ -1 moreGranted my carpet needed help, and may need to be replaced, but the they left the carpet soaked. It was wet! Took days for it to completely dry, even with fans running. Maybe they don't have the equipment to completely removed the water once it's in the carpet, but I was very disappointed.

+ -1 moreHe is good and I have used him for years. He always works me in and I don’t have to wait. He is very prompt and reliable and my carpets are not stretched. There is nothing outstanding, he just cleans my carpets and my carpets are clean. I would still use him in the future though I am getting rid of carpets in my house.
