Merry Maids of South Charleston

It was unacceptable. I paid them to get them out of my house. They sent two people and they did not come before to see what needed to be done. There really was not enough help to do it. One of the individuals was not qualified. It was not a good experience.

The experience was overall good. The only concerns were the turnover of personnel. It was rare to receive the same cleaners each time.

I was not happy with them. I called them and it took them twice before they came out for the initial visit. They did not show up the first time. They came out the second time, and were late getting there. Then when I gave them instructions of what I wanted done, they did not follow instructions. The house had just been remodeled. I asked them to do just a few things. I leave for a few minutes, and come back in and hear this loud banging. She had taken our step ladder and was banging it up and down the floors. They were the original floors with the house built in 1933. They don't do a very good job.

They are very reliable, dependable and made me feel safe. They were pleasant and quiet while they cleaned but their prices are expensive for me. I am still looking for new cleaners.

They did their semi regular service, but didn't dust everything. We requested that the kitchen be CLEANED and the Bathroom as well be CLEANED. They both got a once over, but not a deep cleaning as we had requested. We paid $165 and these poor women only made $11 an hour....it is robbery for the client and unfair practice for their employees... one spent most of the time talking with my Dad. the other one was pretty good.
