+ -1 moreMy dogs immediately got out of the fence, it was 8 inches from the ground and they were all able to get under it. However, when I called Lowe's they did come back and fix it. I shopped around and Lowe's was the cheapest I could find. While I was initially unhappy, they did come back and make it right. It took them close to a month to get the supplies and come to my home. However, once they got here they got it done quickly. When they came back they moved the fence down and put in dirt so that the dogs cannot get out. They were professional, especially the second time when they came to fix it, because they had the head honcho with them. I love Lowe's, I am there all the time!
