+ -1 moreThey have one technician that does repairs. He won't come to my house because his wife says that I look too much like his ex-wife and she doesn't want him coming to my house. When I tell Lorrison about it, they say they only have one guy and there's nothing they can do. Lorrison's repair people also will not return my phone calls. If they ever do, they say they will call back or come by at a certain time, and they never do, with no response. The name of the spa is Master Spa, so I recommend not buying it to others.
Description of Work: We purchased our spa from Lorrison. For two years we have been trying to get someone to come out and repair our spa.
