These guys are great, when they show up to work. We had a multiple day job, and had problems with them returning in a timely manner, but when they are there, they are 110% awesome. They are efficient, professional and pleasant. I believe that they have a higher demand for their services than they can provide, and therein lies the problem with the timeliness issue. After paying them (what I consider) a fair sum, the company never returned my call in request to remove the last remaining tree on our property. Overall, I'd recommend them to anyone who needs their services though. They really do fantastic work and do a great job cleaning up after themselves too.

They showed up promptly and went quickly to work. They worked non-stop for at least four hours with a crew of three or four. They cleaned up the debris and were very conscientious.

Until I needed a tree trimmed, I did not realize how difficult it was to secure the services of a professional tree trimmer in the Charleston WV area. After numerous unreturned phone calls to other vendors, I found Jand L on Angie's List. Jand L provided two estimates, one for trimming back the branches on the roof/power line and a second for deadwood and pruning. Both estimates were reasonable (and substantially less than others I received after Jand L's quote), but I only needed the tree to be trimmed. Jand L provided a time they would be able to trim the tree and were on time. The crew was courteous and professional. They cleaned the property and performed exactly what I had requested. I would highly recommend Jand L and will call them back when I need the tree pruned. .

It went smoothly with no problems

I was very satisfied with the work performed. The owner and his son came by on the morning of July 4 to give me a quote and they returned later in the day to do the work. They tied off the tree to keep it stable and carefully sawed it apart so as not to do any more damage to my house. All the debris from the tree was removed from my roof and gutters and raked up from my yard. When they left, you would never have known there was a tree on my house just a couple of hours earlier.

Crew of three showed up promptly at the agreed on time and completed the work as agreed. There were no problems with the services provided.

They came as scheduled and did a good job. They cleaned the place well, but seemed a little expensive; though I didn't compare with anyone. I still liked their services and will use the same in future.
