IBC Corp

I own multiple properties. This is the third roof this contractor has done for me. It sometimes takes a while to get on the schedule because they are so popular, but its well worth the wait. They built and shingled my new garage roof in 2 days! They are so conscientious about their work, when they left they took every scrap of trash with them. You would never know they were there, but for the new fabulous roof! I would never use anyone else! I recommended IBC when my neighbor needed a new roof. He talked to IBC, but decided to go with another contractor who was a little cheaper. That other contractor took his money for materials and disappeared without doing his roof. He took my advice and called IBC back. Most companies would have been bitter because he went with someone to save a few bucks. The crew at IBC are such good people, they all chipped in and did his roof for cost because they felt so bad about what had happened to him. He is a believer now too, and won't use anyone except IBC. Their specialty is all types of roofing. This is the third shingled roof they have done for me, but they put a really nice metal roof on my Mom's house. They have also put seamless gutters on one of my properties, repaired the soffit at another, built a block wall and poured concrete in my garage, and put in drainage ditches and graveled one of my driveways. I am always so pleased with the quality of their work and the speed in which the project gets done.
