 + -1 moreMichael was the tech and he said he had to wipe the computer clean and re-install windows. I gave him my back-up disc so that he could re-install all my info, pictures, files, etc. When I got it back, there were no files from gmail. Called again and he told me to bring it in again. Refused. Called a friend and paid him to come over and re-install gmail files.
Description of Work: Took the computer in because it was running slow. They returned it in a week. When I opened it up, it had an error message on it. Returned it and didn't get it back for three weeks.

 + -1 moreI took my laptop to the store and explained the problems I was having. They knew immediately what the problem was and gave me an estimate. Three days later I have my computer back and it works great.
Description of Work: Laptop computer had several viruses and had to be repaired. Computer Plus removed and installed all the original programs and cleaned out all the virus problems. Service took about three days.
