 + -1 moreI was looking for a business in the Charleston, WV area that had experience cleaning nice area rugs. I had three rugs that were solied with dirt and pet urine. I figured that the rugs were ruined beyond repair. I did an internet search and found Brian's Rug Spa ( www.wvrugcleaning.com), which is certified to clean fine/wool rugs. I gave them a call and he came out, inspected the rugs and gave me an estimate. I agreed and he cleaned the rugs and delivered them back within a few days.The estimate and pickup/delivery were free since I live in the Charleston area. I was amazed at the result - the rugs looked (and smelled) like new. I was very pleased and am planning to get several more rugs cleaned by this business. I would recommend this company to anyone that has Oriental or area rugs that need to be cleaned without the worry of ruining the colors or fabrics.
Description of Work: Oriental area rugs were cleaned and pet odor was completely removed. Three rugs had dirt and pet urine and I thought that they were ruined. Brian picked up the rugs, cleaned them (with guarantee of pet odor removal), and delivered them back within a few days. The results were very nice!
