We used this company to fix our water issues. Now we’ve got exposed piping and holes in ALL of our bedrooms. Would not recommend, however, our water is fixed so that’s something.

Fast service ( came out during the snow storm last week ) did a great job .....I'd use them again .Really helped in a time of need

I called about a leak and water heater install and was told no one would be available same day but they could come out the following morning. The morning turned into sometime between 1-6pm. No one ever showed up. This is unfortunately not the first time someone from Al Marino gave me a window for a technician to arrive and left me hanging, which is why I am writing this review. Others should know this company is not reliable and does not adhere to the time windows provided for service.

Good - the technician resolved the issue and provided a follow up recommendation to correct the issue from reoccurring again.

didn't get passed the estimate, was told it would take a week to get it , I called after a week and a half and was told I would have it the next day , i waited another 3or 4 days and called back again i was told I'll have it in the next few days and i waited again and called back , the owner talked with me and assured me I would have my estimate by Tuesday. well I got the estimate and half the work was not included , they wanted me to contact other contractors to do the stuff they didn't put in and expected me to get and pay for all materials. My husband and I made it very clear what out needs were and they kept us down at every turn. owner says all he can do it say I'm sorry you didn't get your estimate, never missed a beat at putting me down because I was complaining . Not one time would he ever lay the blame on him or his staff. If you want a complete estimate that includes all the work go somewhere else ! I've remodeled 3 houses and I've never , ever had a company so poorly organized! Not to mention they wanted to charge me almost $5000 to build a small closet with only one rod , no paint and no drywall finish inside !!!! They wasted 4 weeks of my time !!!!

Good. They are high than others but they do good work.

Everything went as planned, with exception of the security door was more complicated but they came back and made it right and was completed to perfection. Received updates from Bill and Rhonda at the office was prompt and punctual, answered all questions and emails and even the President Jay Marino called to make sure I was updated and satisfied. They followed up and also did all work and clean up to more than my satisfaction. I will use them again and also recommend them.

False advertising. If you company does not service the full county, list the cities/areas that you do on your website.

These guys were great and knew what they were doing! We had Joe & Shaun as tech's and both were very knowledgeable. Had to redo a lot of snotty work but always looked for ways to save and felt they gone us honest list of what to do ASAP & what could wait, as we had a lot to update.

They did a beautiful job and were very nice. My only complaint is that it took months longer than expected. Some things we had to wait for on my end, but there were some weeks that no work was done at all. The company was happy to talk to me and address my concerns though. It was a decent experience overall, and the basement turned out great!

Called for a estimate and the price he gave me to just come out and run a test was crazy $750

Both the dispatcher and technician was clear with the extra cost on a weekend but once confirmed we understood it was only a couple of hours before they were here and the problem fixed.

Told us it had a 10 year warranty, but when it failed last week, told us it could be expensive to repair before they looked at it! Said they could come the next day to assess what was wrong for $180. We called Mullen's plumbing the cost was $125. Fixed no big deal! I prefer honest people. This is my daughter's house, her father's plumbing tools were donated to this company "Al Marino" after his death. I feel they were so disgraceful in how money was their first concern not the repair or the fact that this is family. Hence the so called warranty quote.

The office indicated the plumber would contact me between 8:30-9:30am. I didn't receive a call and the plumber didn't show so I called about 10:00am and they office said he was running late and would get to me that afternoon. It was the office that wasn't communicative because once the plumber arrived, he was very professional and friendly. Gave me a good price for the service. Would use them again.

It went well. Workers were prompt, respectful and efficient.

The work was done promptly. The technician did suggest that there was another small change that needed to be made and would send proposal. I called for the proposal a month later and never did get it

OK under the circumstances, holiday weekend, short notice.

Waited over a week for an estimate. Had to call multiple times to finally get quote. Quote was very detailed but much higher than all other estimates. Initial call was answered by owner who was very nice and professional. Guy that came to look at job was also very nice and professional. If price was lower would have gave them a shot.

The worker was very professional, work performed as they described. They are a little more costly than some others and they told us that in the beginning but the work was very good. Cannot remember the cost.

We signed an extended coverage with them for the sump work a year before. It covered the cost of the furnace. Both the people they sent over were professional people. They did a good job. They knew how to do what they were doing. They apparently don't keep records because they did not keep a record of our extended warranty. If we had maintained a copy of it, we wouldn't have to pay for the furnace repair. They were recommended to us. They've been present in the valley for a lot of years. They came and did what they said they would do.

We have a two story house on a hill, so the roof is very high, and steep. We had a couple of leaks around the dormers on the front of the house. We had called several roofing companies, who either came and never called us back, or never came to begin with. Al Marino's Company did come, gave an estimate that said they would not guarantee work on just the leaks around the dormers, and recommended replacing the entire roof, or at least the front half of the roof. We weren't happy about that prospect, but we did understand their position, and decided to proceed with replacing the entire roof. The men who came to actually perform the work, were on time, worked hard, and were knowledgeable about the project. They were not prompt about cleaning up as the project progressed. There was a large stack of old removed shingles, in the back yard for more than a week and a half. If the project manager had been checking in, or returning his calls, this could have been avoided. They were subcontracted through Al Marino. The manager of the project, who was rarely on site, was difficult to reach. We left several messages for him, with no response. Finally, frustrated with not being able to reach the project manager, we contacted the owner of the company. After a full day of waiting to hear back, we voiced our frustrations with not being able to reach the project manager, and with a few cleanup issues around the worksite. The owner was responsive, and the issues were immediately rectified. We felt that the cost of the job was excessive, and the project manager was difficult to reach unless called by the owner of the company.
