Matthew was on time for home inspection. He explained everything to me and explained what the owners needed to fix. he also came back and did a compliance check before we closed to make sure owners fix everything.

Purchasing a home is stressful enough, and I believe the home and structural inspection are critical pieces before buying any home 10 years old or more. From scheduling to onsite work to follow-up, the team at Advantage Home and Environment Inspections was extremely accommodating, professional, and thorough. It was strongly recommended I attend the inspection, and I'm glad I was there. Mr. Wood pointed out issues as he encountered them, and he answered all of my questions as we moved through the house. Scheduled an appointment for a total house inspection on 7/9/14. There was a call the previous day to confirm the appointment, a confirmation e-mail was also sent. On the morning of the inspection, we received a call informing us that Mr. Wood was still at another inspection and would be slightly late. I appreciated the courtesy, but he ended up arriving at the initially appointed time. Mr. Wood the inspected the entire house from roof to basement. The inspection was approximately 4.5 hours. During the course of the inspection, Mr. Wood brought to my attention issues he thought needed to be addressed. Additionally, I would ask him questions about the house. Mr. Wood was always patient and willing to answer my questions. At the end of the inspection, he furnished us with a home owner's manual that had a plethora of information concerning all the inner workings of a home (pipes, plumbing, HVAC, roof, etc.) After a few days, we received in the mail a personalized report showing areas of concern and possible ways of addressing these problems. In closing, I cannot more highly recommend this service. It was wholly worth the money. Everyone I dealt with was a professional. If I have another property inspected, this is the service I will use.

They were good. They were very thorough. They have a very good reputation here locally. They were open to answering questions. After they've completed the home inspection, they actually mailed me back the copy of their report with pictures and all their notes as well as a homeowner's manual with helpful hints to manage various problems that I've referred to several times. They're the popular ones.

Brett the inspector was on time and reasonably priced, was very knowledgeable. He explained things to me as he covered everything.

Brett arrived early ready to inspect. Very thorough inspection done from roof top to crawl space. He inspected every light switch and electrical outlet, checked every water source, took many photos of foundation and attic. Brett explained all the problems and discussed with me if the problem was a major or minor concern. worth every penny for all the knowledge I received on the home I hope to purchase.

On time. Completed inspection relay information to me and mailed copy of report as promised.

Mr. Wood and his associate were timely and very through. They answered all my questions and gave me a very detailed report.
