Zack called me after I looked on Angi and offered to install my water heater. I did not contact them for services. The worker did not have the water heater on the truck as I was told he would. He did not haul away the old water heater. He left it in the front yard. He did a very poor job on the gas vent pipe. He even made me aware of it before he left. I texted Zack several times to get it fixed properly. I got lied to and myself blamed for the shaky pipe. Now he is offering to send someone back and charge me to make it right. Do not use these people! Call someone else.

Get everything in writing. They sent out one of their workers to look at the job, take photos and converse with owner (Zach). After talking to owner, I was given a price. They were prompt at meeting me at site and to begin the work. When done the owner came and took me to look at the job and it was nothing like what the worker told me it was going to be and the photos sent to owner to review. I was then told in order for it to work correctly, I needed to add a sump pump due to the pipe elevation. I had to do it so my tenant would be able to use sewer system. They came back in two days to complete. I told owner that I could not be there to pay but could use online payment. He said I could call him with payment. So when the job was finally completed in full..he began to harass me for payment before his worker would leave the site. I reminded him of what he told meâ ¦he began to get angry and threaten me with a lean on property or even remove what they just installed. Also they do not clean up their mess, such as a set of wooden shelves they demoed without consulting me. They do not remove concrete they have to remove. Oh but they will for additional fee. To me he needs to learn how to estimate and look at all possibilities that could arise before pricing. I will never use them or recommend them to anyone.

On time and on quotes

Do not hire these guys unless you get a written estimate. I was told that it would cost $2,049.00 for a hot water heater and have it installed. They also said they take away the old one. They did all of this to my satisfaction, but with I got the bill it was over $2,700.00. When I call to complain about how much it cost, they said they never said it would $2,049.00. In other words, they would honor their estimate. A matter of fact , he said he never told the price was that low. Do not do business with these people, you canâ t trust what they tell you on the phone. If you do business with them, get a written estimate.

Sewer line was clogged. Guy showed up with a steam cleaner. Could not unclog it. Cost me $300.00 . I went to Bosley rentals and rented a snake & cleared it.

I searched on Angi for a plumber. A-Z plumbing responded quickly to my request. I received a call from Zach and he had a crew out to our house in less than 2 hrs. The guys were nice and professional. They fixed our issue quickly. No complaints at all.

Poor customer communications. Did not stay long enough to verify the leak was fixed. Took a full week to get the repairman back to fix the leak.

Quick to respond. Gave prices before repair. No charge for estimate.

They worked all the hrs. They were here .

The tech that came to do the work was very friendly and knowledgeable, although he was all business.

Pro did two project for me and I'm very satisfy

I called on Friday evening due to a clogged drain and it was also a repair covered in my home warranty. He had someone there on Saturday morning and completed the job. Zach also spoke to the Home warranty co to complete everything for the claim. I would recommend them and also contact them in the future!

This is my second time using A to Z. Fast, friendly and affordable. Will use again if needed.

I hired them to put a camera down my washer drain to see if they could determine why it keeps clogging up. The person who took my call told me it would cost a flat $300.00 fee. When one of workers came he could only put the camera down as far as the floor. It wouldnâ t go around the bend. He said that it doesnâ t go around 90 degree bends. He tried to do put another device that shoots water through it but it wouldnâ t go , either. I paid him $300.00 plus $20.00 tax and nothing was accomplished. I still have a clogged drain. A good business man would have at least discounted the fee since he didnâ t do anything for me. He should have mentioned the problem with 90 degree angle ahead of time. I wonâ t hire them again.

Had a water main leak called them and was out the next morning, Highly recommend them.

I have had thus company at my house & two rental units. They were timely and professionally repaired the projects. During a recent extreme cold spell, water lines underneath the house had frozen and water was leaking everywhere. We decided to replace the copper lines with pex and thr tenant had running water again.

Easy to relate to. Responsive to customer.

The company sent someone immediately. I have used them 3 times since the initial contact.

Well so far the piece he put in and fixed is leaking. We didn't know it yesterday because we didn't use shower. Today it leaked. Going to call them on Monday!!
