+ -1 moreHe was continually delaying showing up. He was like " I'll be there tomorrow" then he will not show up. He was the worst that I ever worked with in terms of not showing up.
Description of Work: He never showed up. On the last job that he did for me he got a half way finish. It's been almost two months, no update at all. He built a little wall, just that. He never finished.
