I contacted him to sandblast, weld, restore and paint my vintage patio furniture, he assured me he could do the job in a timely manner. He would weld it, use marine grade paint for the finish etc... He took the furniture the second time he came out to my house. The third time he took cash, and now I have neither. I made multiple attempts to call him, his phone was disconnected. I went to his house more than 3 times (I think he was so shocked to see me his cigarette almost fell out of his mouth) he kept telling me he would have it to me in a month. I supposedly had to give him time he just had a heart attack ( I then see him smoking at Sheetz) ... 3 years later we have nothing besides a lien. He is a cheat and a liar and a thief. The prior review written about him fits him to a 'T'. Do not use him for anything!! I am giving Frank or Alexander whatever name he goes by a horrible review and I hope if anyone reads this I can save them the heartache and headache that he has given my husband and myself.
Description of Work: Frank did nothing for me, besides steal my patio furniture and take cash from me.

Worst contracting experience I have EVER had. Frank is a con-man. He is dishonest and made threats to our family and home if we did not pay him the rest of his money. We did report him to the BBB.
Description of Work: Frank was to paint our metal roof and exterior of our home. He destroyed our landscaping and walkways by bringing in a "lift" instead of ladders to do the job (cost $2,500 to fix). Did not clean and scrape the roof before painting and paint is already peeling off. Remove guttering. All in a heap and pieces are missing. Will be our expense to re-hang and replace missing parts and pieces. Exterior painting. In "sales pitch" Frank said would scrape wood siding and replace any rotting wood. Said we could review before painting. Franks scraping was a little scrape- paint right over top of exposed wood with final coat. No priming on bare wood. Painted right over rotting wood. Frank also worked about 4 days and said was done with roof- scraping and first coat of paint. Frank smoked none stop on the job. Left trash on the ground- did not use tarps to protect plants. Paint chips from power washing were everywhere-pets ate. We tried on several occasions to talk with Frank about how we wanted the job done-he was very agreeable and then did what he wanted. We only paid Frank the first of three installments $5,000. The other $2,500 was paid out to fix the walkways. We are currently in the process of having our house re-scraped and sanded in a very professional manner by a local painter. The difference is amazing.
