Prompt and great Service. They were called on a rainy Monday morning and arrived shortly after the call was made. They had to go through the drain twice and the problem was corrected.

An outside pipe bib burst. The repair was done by Comstock. When the water to the outside pipe was turned on a few months later, it was discovered that the Comstock technician did not seal/glue the pipe fitting it replaced. Water flooded my basement. Comstock refused to reply to my phone calls regarding the faulty work. They also refused to respond to my Home Owner's Insurance companies attempts to have them pay for the damage they caused. I also noticed they are not even BBB certified. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Sunny Comstock refused to respond to all inquiries

On 4/6/15 provider was contacted of clogged kitchen drains. Service repair man did come out that day. He was there about an hour and I was told the drains were clear and to put Draino in the drains for a few nights and flush the drains in the morning with hot water. The evening of 4/6/15 Draino was poured in the kitchen drains. The next morning (4/7/15) hot water was turned on to flush the drains, however water backed up in both sinks. I immediately called Comstock Plumbing and reported the problem had not been taken care of. I was told someone would be sent out that day (4/7/15), there was a no show that day. The morning of 4/8/15, I made another call and was told sorry about yesterday but someone would be there today (4/8/15). This time 2 service men came and worked on the clogged drain. Meanwhile a leak was found under the sink. Both problems were fixed. I expected a bill for the leak, but not for the clogged drain. On 4/6/15, a check was written for $205.85 and then received another bill 4/8/15 for $253.47. On 4/6/15 the total for parts were $11.20 and on 4/8/15 total for parts were $8.12, the other part of the bills were for fee for using a snake and service fee and labor. I called Comstock Plumbing on 4/8/15 to explain I should not be expected to pay again for the clogged sinks because it was not taken care of on 4/6/15. I was informed there was no warranty on stoppages. I explained I understood that but it had never been fixed in the first place and I did call immediately the next morning to report the problem. The bill that was submitted to me on 4/8/15 the company subtracted $87 and I paid $166.47. So to get my mothers kitchen drain unclogged cost her $372.32, also includes fixing a leak and she is 89 years old and receives only Social Security so she is on a fixed income. I am totally disgusted of the business practices of the company and they are not on my list of companies to call or provide a referral.

They were professional and punctual, but I'm not sure I would use them again because of the price.
