Bona-Fide Construction

Bona Fide Construction did an outstanding job!!! Kudos to this fine company? I contracted Bona Fide Construction to renovate my sun room. It took them exactly two weeks to finish a challenging job. In fact, they ust finished about an hour ago. This included putting in baseboard heating, electricity, new ceiling, etc. Mr. Castillo and his workers were here bright and early each day, and they even worked on Sundays. They put in full days every time they were here so that they could meet their promise of having the sun room finished expeditiously. The people working at Bona Fide Construction are consummate professionals. The reputation of contractors is akin to those of used car salesmen. However, at Bona Fide, you are dealing with honest men. Mr. Castillo, the owner, is a gentleman and and a man of integrity. He is retired NYPD, and it was an honor for me to have him renovate my sun room. I already contracted him to build a retaining wall, re-do the flooring in my basement den, and to paint the master bedroom and guest bathroom. I am so grateful that I finally found a contractor who fulfills his promises. I waited eight years to have my sun room renovated because I could not find a contractor I trusted. But now, all my contracting needs will be taken care of by Bona Fide Construction. In addition, their prices are reasonable.

We requested Bonafide Construction come out and see if they could repair our garage door or if we just needed to replace the whole thing. They stated they could repair it. They found a new spring but when they arrived to install the spring they stated the spring alone was not going completely fix the door, they weren't able to do the repair without replacing the entire door. So we had to go another route to have the entire door replaced. The point in calling Bonafide Construction was to try and save money but we ended up spending 125.00 that we really shouldn't have had to. We were pleased with the their speed in coming out and evaluating the job. Also the owner was real pleasant. I just don't understand at what point they decided the door couldn't be repaired between the time they evaluated the job and came out to install the part.

Excellent! I have lived in my home for over 18 years and Bona Fide was the only company willing to do the work. Not only did they do the work, they were her on time and the work is excellent. The owners of Bona Fide answered my telephone call immediately and sent a crew out within 4 days, (as it wasn't an emegency. The Boss Dana came with and as promised he stuck to his original price quote that I was quoted as per our phone conversation. I had called several garage door companies that either didn't want the job or quoted us prices of over $500.00 per door. I cannot believe how honest and great of a job Bona Fide did for us in this day and age. By the way, I did buy a couple of pizzas for the guys for lunch, LOL. Excellent company and great folks to deal with. P.S. One of the companies that turned our job down drove by the house that day obviously looking for work and saw that we already had one door installed and working on the other. This is not my imagination because we live in a cul-de-sac and it's a long drive from the entrance to our home. Thank you so much Bona Fide Construction, we will be using your services again.
