"I would give them negative stars if I could. Two day move of my wood shop. Day one crew was awesome. Day two crew was horrible.spent over 4500.00 for two days. Moving and stacking my lumber didn’t happen as requested. They actually just piled up the lumber in my garage and didn’t stack it as requested. Two pictures with lumber vertical and also horizontal was how I had it where it was originally. The other four photos are how they “stacked it”. Drew McGee (director of customer relations) only offered my 82.50 as a “courtesy refund” (his words) and basically blamed me for this. You are gambling using this company, you might get a crew that is great and you might not. If you don’t then their customer service will not take any level of responsibility for their employees actions or incompetence"
