Description of Work: Mr wood came to evaluate my poster bed repair on August 13,2013. Between September and October 13 I left 3 voicemails concerning my requst for repair. On my last call, he answered and said he had not even started the repair. I asked if I should contact someone else and he wanted me to give him to the end of the week. He called and said he would come on October 18. He came with 2 blocks of wood, still wet from the stain and mounted then on the bottom bed posts. I asked about the head posts and he said they did not need repaired. I believed our original plan was to repair all four posts, because I was think $250. divided by 4 is about $62./each. He still charged me $250. for basically 2 small wooden blocks and 4 screws.

Description of Work: I called Woods Furniture Repair in October to give me a quote on having some old chairs reupholstered and refinished. They never returned my call.
