This was supposed to take about three weeks and instead took six months. This company had done some work previously for one of our neighbors in Capon Bridge and their experience was a good one. Based on that, and after meeting the company owner, Wally Young, we felt good enough about the project to make a contract with him. Almost immediately the wheels started to come off. He didn't stay on schedule. He sent unskilled workers to our home who didn't treat our property respectfully and did shoddy work. They broke a window on the house and didn't own up to it until after I confronted them. We received excuse after excuse from Wally about why he was not coming out to finish the job. This went on for months. We ultimately threatened him with litigation and that finally got him back on the site to finish the work. But he did that hurriedly and we were not thrilled with the results. After six months of dealing with him we just wanted him and his crew off of our property. I would never use this company again and would be happy to talk with anyone who is contemplating using them.
