+ -1 moreI should have known this was going to end badly. I called and left 4 messages before I actually spoke to a person. No one ever answers the phone it just goes to voice mail. At 8:40 pm the day before the service I got a vm that the person scheduled for the service had a flat tire and could not service my house. A flat tire can certainly be fixed so that someone can get to work in 12 hours and I had scheduled 2 people so really no excuse except terrible customer service.
Description of Work: I had contracted to have 2 housekeepers to a white glove cleaning before a holiday.

+ -1 moreThis was the best experience I have ever had with a company. Jennifer was on time, in uniform, had everything she needed to get the home cleaned, walked my home with me to be sure she knew what I wanted done -- any extras, and did it all!!! I thought I would only be getting a after holiday cleaning, but now I am having her come back every two weeks. It is worth every penny to have my home really cleaned and more importantly for me my laundry actually put away! Amazing company!
Description of Work: Jennifer did an amazing job. I loved that she organized my rooms, made beds, vacuumed under the furniture and was so professional and happy to be there. Customer service was wonderful. The young lady in the office answered my call and was able to answer all of my questions. Jennifer the cleaner cleaned all rooms top to bottom and walked me through before the beginning of service so that I could let her know if there was anything I wanted done in a special way (put laundry away -- yeah she did that too!!!)
