When all the old cabinetry was removed we found issues with electrical wiring & plumbing & had to take an old wall out behind the cabinets. They were able to take care of every issue that arose themselves and the finished product was amazing! Great positive attitudes and easy to work with. Initial expectations were that the leaky toilet was the only issue, but it turned out the water and mold damage extended under the bathtub, requiring it to be replaced. The termite damage was uncovered after removing the tub. The contractor, Mike Rhodes suggested the damage might be covered under my existing homeowner's insurance and voluntarily coordinated with the insurance adjustor to arrange an inspection. This saved me $5600, reducing my cost to $2200 from the original estimate of $7800.
