Highly recommend these guys! They are very professional and efficient. Very affordable pricing. We had 5 pine trees over 100 foot tall each with very limited space to bring them down and they took them down within the area they had to work with like it was nothing.

They did amazing work, finished everything on time, fast and efficient without damaging anything. Did actually what we ask them to do.

Excellent! I can not say enough about the four guys to came to do the work. John, Shannon, Blair, and John. A great team. They were gentlemen. No foul language or foolishness! They worked nonstop and cleaned up the trimmings like they had never been there! They know what they are doing!

Showed up exactly when they said they would and exceeded our expectations. Extremely knowledgeable and helped us decide what was best for us and the trees. Worked hard and cleaned up the entire mess when the job was done. We are extremely pleased with the service that we got from Tree Frog and 100% recommend them.

John came out to do an estimate after a bad storm knocked over a spruce tree into my yard. We decided that we should remove the rest to prevent any trees from falling on our house or vehicles. John and Shannon removed 11 spruce trees and 2 ash trees from our property. They made a wood pile for us from some of the trees so we could have firewood for our fire pit in the summer. They even cleaned up a couple other fallen trees for us at no charge. We will definitely be using their business if we are ever in need again and I would recommend them to anyone!

John is extremely knowledgeable about trees and took the time to help me identify all the types of trees on my new property. I conveyed that aesthetics and safety were my two main concerns. He removed several dead trees and did a great job pruning others. While he was in several trees, he found more branches that needed cutting and I was very thankful for his meticulous focus on keeping my family safe from falling branches. He made it very clear at the beginning how long the job would take. He also helped me by making a wood pile out of the trees he cut down. He even came over to meet after the job was complete to share information about other trees that we may want to address in the future. We will definitely be using John again and highly recommend him!

After seeing a few limbs drop I felt very comfortable with this tree service removal and by the end of the day everything looked great. Will definitely be calling them back to have some other work we'll be needing done next year/springtime.

John was very prompt to pick up the deposit and seemed to be very nice. He came by himself for an hour and a half on a Thursday in shorts and gym shoes to take some branches down. He left other small branches and leaves all over the yard that day. He was delayed in coming back that week because of a completely understandable family emergency. I immediately expressed my concern and let him know we would be praying for his family. I called him that next Monday evening to iron out when he thought he would be able to finish things up. He said he would be there the next day. I later received a text message that he would not be finishing the job since he wouldn't be able to complete things in my "timeframe or to my satisfaction." He said that he would be refunding my deposite (50% down ahead of time). When we met to receive the refunded deposit he had subtracted "his time worked" from the deposite even thought he was the one to cancel the contract and skip out on the job without completing his work. At the end of the day John is a nice guy, but he clearly needs to understand how to do business and that in small communities, word of mouth is your most valuable asset. Honest customers don't appreciate people that refuse to stand by their word, let alone contractors that back out of their own contracts and then are sure to take their share as a parting gift. I don't write reviews. I am a busy father of four children. I harbour no animosity toward John whatsoever, however I feel that it is my responsibility to my community to share my experience and perhaps help another homeowner in the future.
