With the garage door, he just kept forever. It was a nightmare getting him to install it. He put the garage door up and didn’t get the hardware on, and I had to wait for the hardware and that was a nightmare beyond the contrast. The contrast is that they contacted people. I ordered it like last July and he miss measured it, so they had to order it a second time. He said that he had sent the order in, but the order was never sent in. It took me like six months to get it installed. I had to keep calling back to try to get the hardware on.

The Home Depot Contractor Services Desk was asked to review the architectural plan for my new home in Bridgeport, WV, and provide a materials bid. I had previously obtained bids from 84 Lumber and Lowe's in the same fashion, and anticipated a bid in excess of $130,000.00. Having heard nothing, I returned to the store 2 weeks later, when the clerk searched for, and eventually found, the plans untouched in the back of a storage closet. The clerk's response to this was "Sorry about that," and "You should have brought the plans to me" (I have no idea who she is). When I addressed the matter to Home Depot customer service, I received the following reply: "In reference to your complaint number XXXXXX, we have received an update from the Bridgeport, WV Home Depot store stating that the store has contacted you and offered assistance. We look forward to your continued patronage and assisting you with all of your home improvement needs. Sincerely, Shoeb Customer Care Research Team" which is interesting as I have as yet received no communication whatever from the local store.
