The visit went well.. Jason (the pest expert) clearly described what he would do. ( He was about an hour later than he initially said he would be, but that was due to an unexpected event, and understandable. He phoned me to tell me he would be delayed.) The fee ($159) was for the first visit only, and I was required to sign a contract for 6 more visits (at $60/visit plus tax) to completely take care of the problem. (I had also phoned Orkin for an estimate, and for the same service, they would have charged $300 for the initial visit, and $81 for the follow up, with the same contract for a year.) This was my first experience with a pest control company and I was satisfied. One other note: I was concerned about the possible toxicity of the products used, as I have a cat, but I was assured that he would not be harmed by them.

Went well the inspector was very professional and detailed.

I thought they did good work. The price was a little bit high.

They weren't excellent, but pretty good, when when I called, they came right out. My son uses him, too. We had an ant problem, I called them, and they got rid of them. We had a mouse problem and they gave us some traps. The mice didn't like the traps. We're still under contract. They spray for spiders. They are really considerate of whoever is in the house, like babies. I told them when my father wasn't feeling very well to spray on the outside of house, they sprayed in the basement, and not in the house. That was good that he didn't have those chemicals around him. I knew the one fellow, so, that's the reason I called. I felt good as it was somebody I knew. I give them good ratings and will continue to use them.
