+ -1 moreInitially went fairly well. Outside termite stations installed cuz they refused to spray in basement cuz of defunct cistern. Came back 6 months later, when we called, and did spray in root cellar (not connected to basement). Meanwhile, the termites had had quite a tasty meal and we ended up having to pull out and replace several floors. They failed to come and inspect the outside stations until the very last visit before renewal. Needless to say, we did NOT renew!! Seriously unhappy with these folks. Find someone else if you need help with termites.
