Description of Work: I had a crushed sewer line between my house and my septic tank that was about 4 to 5 feet long with no obstructions in the way of digging it up. It was about 12 inch below ground. I provided all materials except the main 5" pipe used, maybe 8' at most. Total time on the job 3.5 hours at the most. Plumber & Helper were very professional, explained everything, I had no problems with them. but I do feel I was overcharged. I called on a Tuesday late afternoon and was told it was to late to get someone out that evening which I understood. Said they would get to it the next day. Ok by me.Wednesday I see nobody. Thursday I call, I'm told I'm on the schedule for that day and they are so sorry, that everything got screwed up. No one shows! I call Friday morning, am told crew on the way to me. Job Done!! Charged $250.++

Description of Work: They removed the compose and replaced some floor in the bathroom and then replaced the commode. Replaced drainage in bathroom and kitchen. Duo up old sewer drainage from the house to the sewer line. Put down new drainage. Put in 2 outside clean out pipes in sewer. Tore out old sump pump and out in new pump and drainage for simp pump. Dug trenches and filled them with gravel in the basement to allow water To drain to the sump pump. Re seeded the yard where thy had to dig and then covered it with straw.

Description of Work: Replaced a supply line to our fridge and installed an instahot water faucet. While doing that they noticed a potential problem with the dishwasher water supply lines and after discussing it with me, replaced that. I really appreciated that attention to detail and taking the extra time to fix it. Job well done.

+ -1 moreI called Maxwell and Keyser to deal with a leak in my basement that I believed to be coming from my bedroom shower in 2011. The technician arrived on time and was very pleasant to work with. He examined the situation and showed me that the leak was coming from the water pipe going into the toilet. He replaced the valve and fixtures going into the toilet. They were old and had become rusted. This fixed the situation immediately. I was so impressed that I called them again on the above service date to replace a faucet and check on a faucet that was not working properly because it had been installed by my x-husband who did not completely understand the job. The two very pleasant and professional plumbers arrived, fixed the older faucet, and installed a new one. Again, the age of the plumbing was the problem and the replacement required an expert. I have not received the bill on the second visit, but I expect it to be a reasonable as the first one. Each job took a little over an hour to complete.
Description of Work: Visit one: Source of leak discovered and repaired. Visit two: Old faucet removed and new one installed.

I have always been provided great service and they have took time to answer any questions. The boys seem very knowledgable and do an excellent job. Also, the pricing has always been very reasonable.
