company was not interested in doing the work they claim they will do

I received an estimate of $4000.00 to replace the shingles on my roof. They suspected some soft spots when they measured for the estimate. Upon beginning the job I had over 50 holes in my roof. It had been leaking inside so I suspected some holes. They took pictures and informed me the last person who installed my roof improperly installed it. My shingles were not the problem. I inspected the work during the progress and I honestly expected it to be much more than an extra 500 dollars due to the fact there were large sections that needed to be replaced and taking the consideration of the cost of the lumber. My elderly Mother lives with me and when she was going to visit the neighbors one of the workers helped her across the street to ensure she did not fall. The crew was professional as was Matt who issued the estimate. They were professional, courteous and cleaned everything after they finished the job. I have asked for an estimate to replace guttering and install vinyl siding on my home and I will definitely be contacting them to complete that job also. I would recommend them to anyone. It was a pleasure to find someone whom I can trust with my home improvements and repairs.

Sloppy incomplete work. They wanted to charge extra to put back the things they took down. This was the second time they worked for us. The first time was passable, but was unable to do a lot of things we asked for.

Workers were professional and friendly. Quality of work done was acceptable, and what was requested from them. The work, of course, took longer than it was supposed to, but was only slightly inconvenient, since we are retired and could be at the house. The company seemed to have a little trouble keeping workmen, but the ones they used were good at what they did.
