Description of Work: I had the inspection done so I would know what would need fixed before I put my home on the market. I did not know I had a busted pipe under the house which was the one for the kitchen sink. When he went under there, he came back out just a couple of minutes later & stated I had sewage waste under the house, I completely panicked. I had someone come in to fix it & found out it was NOT sewage but rotted food. He is supposed to come back to complete the inspection, but I'm deeply concerned since he can't tell the difference between sewage & food.
