First Property Solutions, LLC

This company has failed to effectively manage my property. I have an unkept yard that I was told they hired a vendor to care for. This was not done. I was given the excuse that the vendor could not find the property. I am paying management fees to the company so this should have been verified. I signed a contract stating that inspections of my home was going to be made. This has clearly not been done or it would have been seen that neither property has been cared for.

First Property Solutions, LLC do not rent from these people! They ripped me off of $3,100.00 for 30 days rent and now saying it will take two months before doing a walk-through to give my deposit back which takes 30 days so it will take three months to get my deposit. They tried to say I didn't give the keys back but when I said I had witnesses, they miraculously found them. I injured my ankle on their property asked them to give me some more time to get out they said no I had to be out by midnight or I would be charged another $700.00 for rent. When I moved into the apartment was not move in ready no air, the locks on the front door didn't work the laundry room was trashed, the range hood and range was disgusting, tube had some putty hardened in a blob, windows don't work properly, kitchen sink didn't work, bath room mirror peeling, toilet didn't flush right, no stops in bathroom sink or tube, they said they cleaned the carpets but neighbors said they didn't, they said they painted it, but it wasn't. The two people I dealt with is David and Brittany I let you draw your conclusions on David he is the one running the office.
