As you can see by my score card, these guys were great in every aspect. They installed a new central a/c in August. At that time I asked Brian to inspect the 23 year old gas furnace, he discovered a potential issue for carbon monoxide leaks and suggested someone replace it before winter. After we checked out the validity of his claim, we had him return in October to replace the gas furnace. Their prices are better than most that I called, and they did quick, quality work....after they left, there was not a shred of evidence that they were even here, other than the two new units-- very neat, clean, professional and courteous. We would definitely use them again, but hopefully won't have to for a very long time.

B & L Heating and Cooling was excellent!!! Brian was very prompt in returning my initial call. In less than 24 hours from my initial call, Brian had returned my call, scheduled an appointment and successfully completed the repair. Also, Brian was very honest and trustworthy. He could have taken advantage of my situation with an aging furnace and recommended additional repairs or replacement. Instead, Brian was honest and estimated that I have a couple more years left on my current furnace. Brian promptly and professionally made the repair I called about and he unplugged a drain that wasn't even part of the original call. The pricing for the repair was very fair and reasonable. I am very pleased with the prompt, professional service from B & L. I would definitely recommend B & L to everyone and I will definitely hire them again.

I have had them work on three different furnaces. They are very responsive. They answer or return phone calls quickly, and they physically come out to my location very rapidly as well. The first occasion when I used their services was over 3 months ago: Brian diagnosed the problem and got it fixed, and we haven't have a problem with that furnace since. More recently, we had two other furnaces go out this past week. Travis had the parts to fix them in his vehicle and immediately made the repairs. Both furnaces were fixed before noon. They gave me a good price and are very fair. (The most expensive repair so far was just under $125, the cheapest was about $73). Travis also gave me some maintenance tips that I didn't even know I needed. When the next furnace in the Park goes out, they will be the ones I call.

I could not say enough positive things about Brian and his crew! First, as a relative newcomer to the Morgantown area, I am baffled by the number of local companies that seem to care less about doing business. Many don't even return a phone call! Brian returned my call set a time around MY schedule to come evaluate the scope of work. He showed up when he said he would and was friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to offer suggestions and advice. He quoted me a reasonable price on site, and we agreed on a contract. Several days later, Brian arrived (again on time) with his crew to begin the work. I was so pleased with their craftsmanship, I actually increased the scope of the project and they were happy to accommodate me. As a result, the project took slightly longer than estimated (again, that was on me) but they were happy to remain onsite until completion. I would recommend B & L Heating and Cooling without hesitation, and will definitely call on them for my future needs.

Superb service. Came and gave an estimate the same day I called. Brian and his son (the owners) are very professional. Our furnace was going bad so they installed a new one the very next day. Thankful for that because it was cold. They had our new furnace installed in less than half a day and when done everything was cleaned up as if they were never there. It ended up that I did not need any work done. He gave us some ideas for what could be done to improve the air conditioning without trying to sell us anything we did not need. There was some communication issues so he didn't arrive when he was supposed to, but when he realized it he came as soon as he could. I would definitely recommend and hire him again.

Service technician showed up on time and replaced capacitor on motor circuit with a unit he had on hand in his truck. Very responsive and reasonable pricing.

Several days after Christmas my furnace stopped working. I contacted B & L Heating and Cooling and spoke with Brian the owner. He arrived at my home in about an hour and inspected my furnace. Several issues were found to be not repairable due to the age of the furnace and a crack in the heat exchange unit. The next day Brian and his crew arrive to install the new furnace. They were prompt, courteous and worked efficiently so that the installation time was greatly reduced, which in turn reduced the cost. I would highly recommend B & L Heating and Cooling - I appreciate their rapid response and attention to detail.

Brian arrived within an hour after we called and resolved the issue in under thirty minutes. We were very satisfied with his work and his response to their situation. We would absolutely call him again.

The blower motor on our furnace failed on a Friday, so I called B&L after my home warranty company's contractor told me that they couldn't come out until near the middle of the following week. Brian came right out after I called and attempted to fix the problem by replacing a capacitor, which kept the furnace running for a short time. He then returned with a new motor early Monday morning. Installation went smoothly. I really appreciate B&L's responsiveness and speed in repairing our furnace during the first real cold snap of the year. Had we relied on any other contractor in the area, we would have been without heat for several days. I wholeheartedly recommend B&L!

Fast, thorough and follows up. Twice this year (once early summer) and once early fall, there was an issue with our 14-year old AC. Brian came out to the house very quickly and we had to replace the condenser and compressor in the spring. Had us up and running very fast. In September we started freezing up and Brian was out multiple times to help and was always very fast and professional. Always quick and helpful. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

Excellent! Brian came out same day (Sunday) to determine what went wrong with my unit. Unit was 14 years old and needed to be replaced. Brain and his team brought a new unit the following day and had it up and running in just a couple of hours.

I HAD READ REVIEWS, THAT THEY WERE REASONABLE, AND EFFICIENT, AND QUICK TO REPLY. THEY CONTACTED ME RIGHT AWAY, AND CAME OUT TO SEE WHAT WAS WRONG WITH OUR SYSTEM....THE PART HAD TO BE ORDERED, AND THEY CAME TO INSTALL IT AS SOON AS IT CAME IN...THE PART WAS UNDER WARRANTY, BUT BECAUSE OF HOW THE ORIGINAL CONTRACTOR INSTALLED IT, ALL THE COOLANT ALSO HAD TO BE REPLACED. I WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY. COOLANT ISN'T CHEAP, SO THAT IS WHAT I HAD TO PAY FOR.......IF I WOULD HAVE CHECKED THIS SIGHT IN THE FIRST PLACE, I PROBABLY WOULDN'T HAVE HAD THIS EXPENSE. I DO HIGHLY RECCOMEND B& L HEATING AND COOLING, OUT OF MORGANTOWN....THE ORIGINAL INSTALLER, WEBSTER HEATING AND COOLING, OUT OF WAYNESBURG, APPARANTLY WENT OUT OF BUSINESS, AND LEFT ME HIGH AND DRY......(AND HOT...LOL).... B&L COOLING ARE QUICK AND EFFICIENT, AND VERY PROFESSIONAL...HAVE A GREAT DAY EVERYONE!!!

Great we couldn't have ask for service good job

Responded within an hour of our phone call. Very courteous. Obviously knowledgeable, he identified the problem immediately, had the parts on his service truck, and the necessary repairs made within 15 minutes.

I called Brian because my gas heating (furnace) was not working at all. I had tried calling another HVAC provider but he didn't respond to my text or phone message. I called Brian, based on the reviews from Angie's List, and he actually answered the phone call and made an appointment for that afternoon. He was punctual and diagnosed that the problem was with my inducer motor. He was able to find the parts for my inducer motor, instead of ordering me a new model, therefore saving me over $140.00. He was very efficient and professional. I will definitely use him again, in addition to recommending his services to others.

I called the number off angie's list based off the ratings, because I had used another heating company and the service was the worst and the equipment install was about the same. When I called the number I spoke with Brian who is the owner which I didn't realize at the time. I asked if he could give me an estimate and he said yes how about this afternoon. I was surprised he was that fast and I didn't realize they were located in Morgantown which is about 45 mins away. He arrived and we discussed the plan, needs etc and he gave me a price on the spot. I told him I was happy with the price and discussed it with the wife that night. I called the next day and he scheduled the appointment which was the next week. Again faster than expected. They arrived on time as scheduled and began the work which was supposed to be approximately two days. The job actually took 4 days because of the floor pans etc which in no way was negative. They actually did the job correctly and not short cut anything to get it done sooner. After the install they cleaned up each day and didn't leave any mess for me to deal with. After several days I noticed that the rooms weren't cooling evenly and called Brian. He stopped by and said that he had a different plan and would be back in a few days. A few days later he showed up with the crew and completely changed a section on the supply side which took about 4 hours. After that it was very balanced. What I can say is Brian and his crew stand behind what they do. If its not working as well as it could they still came back and made the corrections so it was operating better with no extra charge.You just don't find many people like this anymore. I was going to wait and do the install after I did my foundation work, because the AC unit was going be where the foundation work needed to be done. Brian said don't worry when its time just call me and i will come out and remove the unit and put it back when the work is completed. Now that's what I call going the extra mile!!!!!! It has been about two weeks with no issues and I have been able to use both heat and AC with fantastic results. I would and will recommend Brian and his company.

Really great service. Showed up on time, explained everything, and did the work well. Cost was very good compared to other options I investigated. I will tell friends to call B&L if they need HVAC service.

It went very, very well. He arrived the same day I called (that has never ever happened), checked my A/C, discovered it needed coolant and added some. A/C is working perfectly fine. I was very pleased and plan to have him back to get my furnace checked out for winter this fall!
