Description of Work: When our furnace stopped working we looked on Angie's List and found great reviews for B & L Heating & Cooling. As we were not satisfied with the company we had previously used, we called Brian. We are very satisfied with his timely and professional services. We know he could have told us we needed more work done with more charges. Being honest is important to us and Brian was. We recommend Brian and his company. Description of Work: Install two 90,000 BTU furnaces and two 50 gal. hot water tanks. All gas application. While the actual work has not yet been done we have signed an agreement that I have complete confidence in for performance because, he has done work for other members of my family that was very professional.

Description of Work: Installed a brand new furnace. He showed up on a cold Sunday morning and assessed the problem. He told us our options and we decided on replacing the 21 year old furnace. They installed the next morning. He even charged us less than what he quoted because it didn't take him as long to install. Excellent service

 + -1 moreWe called for an appointment and Brian responded promptly and was able to come check our furnace and air conditioner promptly. He was thorough as he checked everything and explained to us was he was doing and why. We thought our furnace was fine, but in fact it wasn't. Brian showed us that our heat exchange unit was cracked and had been leaking carbon monoxide in the house. He also showed us that our humidifier was full of mold and fungus which was being circulated though our house every time the furnace turned on. We had not been feeling well for quite a while and thought we needed to have our heat ducts cleaned. However, we now knew the cause of our problem. Brian didn't try to sell us anything, he just gave us the information. We bought the house a couple years ago and so we didn't know the exact age of the furnace, but figure it's approximately 20 years old. So we asked Brian about replacing it. He gave us all our options, at a reasonable price. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. He came back and installed our new furnace and new humidifier. Overall, it was a great experience and we are very happy with both our new furnace and B & L Heating. we will definitely call Brian the next time we have a heating or cooling issue.
Description of Work: we called B & L Heating to come look at our furnace and air conditioning to see if they needed any maintenance. Brian checked over everything for us and informed us that our heat exchanger was broke on our furnace.

 + -1 moreEverything went perfect. He answered every question that I had, I could call him at any time with any questions. He didn't go over budget, and was exactly where he targeted his price to be. I found his pricing very reasonable.
Description of Work: He put in heat pump, did the remaining duct work that the previous guy messed up.
