Asked for cancellation and return of initial $1000.00. Company is not responsive, calls were not returned, most office contacts were evasive. Company President has not returned calls. Initial sales rep. (from 27 Feb.,2014) verbally agreed to refund deposit on May 29th. True Home Value's Business License expires in WV on 05 June 2014. Company seems based in WV & KY as of today. Be Wary.

I called them out for an estimate and then signed a contract on Aug 10, 2012. The salesman said they could have it done by the second week of September. I waited a couple weeks with no word so I made 2 or 3 calls to the office at the Huntington Mall and the woman always said she would check and get back to me, and never did. Not one time. I finally went into the office on Oct. 1, 2012 and a crew showed up at my house on Oct.3. These guys would work an hour or two a day and then go home.The salesman had said it would take a week at the most once they got started, but it dragged on until the end of October. I had to tolerate a total mess around my house all month long, with old siding blowing over to the neighbors yard and nails everywhere. They took my front door out Oct. 12 and the I informed them they had the wrong colored door. So they tacked my door back up with no inside trim, a big air gap around the door and I had all the cold air blowing in since "Sandy" hit, 8 inches of snow. I waited for two weeks for my new door and finally called the office. She said we haven't ordered a new door we were waiting to hear from you to see if you wanted us to paint this one. I had told them that day Oct. 12, to order a new one. Finally fed up with this woman promising to call back and never doing it I tried to call their headquarters. Their phone service people gave me a run around for days and customer service would not answer their phone. I called one of their people who said he was a CFO and complained and notning became of that. Well here it is Nov. 12 and I am still waiting on my new front door, and have received no word from them at all. Nov.19, I called them today and they have my door but can't find anyone to install it. Nov. 21, they finally sent someone out to install door. Thank God, it's over.
