The project went well at first. I did all the demo, electric, and drywall. The contractor made a good impression and when he laid the floor they suggested we thought this was going to be a project where we could recommend the provider and contractor to others. Three and half months later we were still waiting. They would come work for a few hours then gone for three day's. The contractor had untrained people working for him; who did not care about quality. Tileing had to be redone, plumbing, my biggest grip were incasing the windows. I ended up going back and finishing them, nails shot into the frame that were shot to deep and not covered or sanded with puddy. Complained to the owner, who came over and lied to me. Finally, was told if I sued they would just have it delayed in court for years. This is a dishonest company. A check at the court house will reveal the number of suits filed. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I called to speak to the owner several times after they finished and were paid, he would not take my call. Never do business with a provider that has a third party contractor working for them. I will say the design team did a good job and the install team for the cab's did a nice job. Counter top had to be worked on twice. Tile never sealed, had to do that myself.

Initial installation would rate a C-. Subsequent contact would rate an F.
