Future Computers

val and thye did well, I'll NOT be going back again!!I was promised the computer "probably the next day" the end of the day came and no phone call. I was told it didn't get finished but they would work on it over the weekend. Monday I called and they said they didn't get it finished but by the end of the day. I got it this morning and fired it up. Drivers were missing as well as one of the two profiles I asked to be combined. I also am missing data from Outlook, Quickbooks and Quicken. I have no email history browser bookmarks or history. The bill charged me for backup of original data but when I discovered missing files and called about it they said they have no backup. I have been able to restore up to July for my business accounting files but I am afraid I am starting from scratch on email and outlook! I have used them in the past for virus removal and they did a good job, I will NOT be going back again!!
