+ -1 moreVery professional until all paperwork and draws were completed. As problems were discovered became more hard to reach. Never had a sense of personal integrity.
Description of Work: John Madsen, Butch (Mike) Strawderman were involved in my purchase of lots and building of house. Work was not done on time, siding started blowing off sides and carport within 1st year, shingles on roof blowing off within 2 months, found 2 very large bee hives in attic within 1st year; still find gap areas in construction where mice keep getting in. Never completed grading of 2nd lot as promised. Driveway not properly graded so has been slowly washing away. Always had excuses finally could not be contacted -- pointing fingers at each other. Neither have sense of responsibility or integrity. John M. abandomed area and went to Alaska; Butch still in Baker/Lost River area in construction work under a different company name.

+ 0 moreThey didnt start on the date promised. It was to take about 6 weeks to install. It took over 2 years. They left the side of my house exposed to the weather for all that time. Water and mud ran into the basement. My yard was torn up for all that time. He promised that the system would provide all the power needed to supply this house, but it only supplies a small amount, about 1/4 of what we were promised. The contract was to pay part of the money down and the remainder when the job was finished but he kept coming back for more money and we gave him all of it before the job was done. ( stupid on our part ) The form the panels are on have warped and bending the panels. The panels are not facing south as they should be.He tried to get one of the workers lie and say they were.The area around the panels is such that you cant get to them easily. We had to hire someone to do the final grade. He would not answer our calls. He didnt pay the workers. If I had the money I would sue him.
