Very poor experience and would not consider having any further work performed by this company. Owner was contacted and responded to our house (under construction). Gray's was asked to rough in the first floor for A/C and to determine the cost of a Carrier brand AC unit, and to determine the cost of a boiler for the radiant floor heating system. Company arrived with another brand, which was not a Carrier (brand) and their employee(s) were told not to install. Employees installed regardless and performed other services which we had not requested. One employee was heard to ask "Junior" if the "unit" was big enough for this house, to which "Junior" replied that it was. Gray's employee also damaged the foundation of our home. Gray's then left the job site, leaving ductwork, parts and materials scattered thoughout the basement. Repeated calls were made to the company, which were ignored and never answered. A registered letter was sent, advising that we would have no recourse but to file suit. This resulted in a call from an attorney, who advised that he would have "Mr. Gray" "get some information together for him" and thereafter, would call us back. No return call was received after several weeks. We requested that Mr. Gray provide us with a list of materials and a detailed invoice of his company's services and materials furnished. This also was also ignored. Both Gray's Heating and Air, LLC have been totally non-responsive to our calls and appear to be uninterested on resolving this issue. We since have obtained the services of another HVAC company and learned that the AC unit which Gray's left in our basement was entirely inadequate for a house of our size and would have "run constantly". At present, there seems to be that the matter will have to be resolved by means of a civil action in the Circuit Court.a
Description of Work: Gray's Heating and Air, LLC. commenced work, but stopped, abandoning unrequested materials and Heat pump in the basement of our home which was under construction. Company was requested to provide a list of materials and an invoice with cost breakdown of those services rendered, but has ignored that request and has refused to answer calls made to the company. Company performed work which was not requested and damaged the foundation of our home.

He gave us good advice and he is very professional. Its a family business and they are are very nice people and honest as well. Their prices are reasonable and they are easy to work with.
Description of Work: He fixed some mistakes that a previous provider made with our furnace and put in a new thermostat.
