Description of Work: Replaced 28 sqs of siding, wrapped all exterior wood in aluminum, replaced 3 exterior doors ( 2 - 36" and a French door set). repaired 2 exterior windows frames and set new porch post in front of house.

Description of Work: A local merchant referred me to Eric Bonner when I asked if he knew of a good person to repair some minor water damage caused to my home due to a water leak. I contacted Eric and he came out to look at the damage. He was right on time and very friendly. He did a thorough review of the water intrusion site, diagnosed the problem, and explained what he would need to do to repair it. We agreed on a price and he completed the work ahead of schedule. I mailed him a check and made sure that I entered his name and number in my contacts list so that I can call him again when I need a trustworthy, honest, and competent repairman. I recalled Eric mentioned to me that he does practically any type of work which might need to be done on a house.

Description of Work: Small owner operated company, specializing in all types of siding and wrapping wood trim with custom fabricated metal. Mr. Bonner installed all the vinyl siding, soffit and shutters on our new home construction. He wrapped every piece of exposed wood (door frames, garage door frames, porch beams, etc.) which created a complete maintenance free exterior. The finish job is flawless and looks beautiful. He was very professional, dependable and kept the job site clean. Mr. Bonner also did much of the framing on the house and installed some of the interior cabinets. All of his work was exceptional.
