Absolutely none better. I’ve used them several times for tree removal and trimming. Just had a tree removed today and once again they did a great job. They are very reasonable, lower cost than most, and they cleaned the yard so you can’t tell the tree was there. Can’t say enough good things.

Supervisor and crew were punctual, professional and courteous. The work was excellent and the price was very reasonable. Have contacted them again for more work, and recommended the company to friends.

The two trees in question had to be trimmed between January and February, so they had no foliage. One of the trees was completed and we were satisfied with it. The other tree was maybe 40 percent completed. We were told this tree was mostly dead and they didn't want to chance trimming anymore from it. However, they required full payment and said they would come back in the spring when they could a**** whether or not the tree was alive. I have sent photos since then showing the tree is fully alive and I've called and left messages to no avail.

CATS is highly skilled, knowledgeable, professional, hardworking and reasonably priced. I plan to have CATS return next spring to plant some trees.

CATS did an exceptional job, all employees were professional and the company did not ask for payment until the job was completed to the customer's satisfaction. I was very fortunate to find a great tree service company at a fair price. My experience with CATS renewed my faith in contractors.

Work was professional and amazingly accurate using the safest methods possible. Each large piece of the trunks were put right where they were intended. So much could have gone wrong with all three trees being so close to my house and living in the city all my neighbor's houses are close and everything went smooth. Happy with everything!

My experience with them was really good. He took out the tree and the roots for me when he came here the last time. He is coming back because there is still too much of the stump or root. He is very professional and has all the equipment. He has several different crews. I would definitely recommend him to someone. He does get right back with me.

Keith came within an hour of my initial phone call and gave me an estimate. He was very professional and thoroughly explained everything, along with an estimate. His crew came out the next morning and removed the tree. THey were very thoughtful as to my property (ie plants, fish pond, etc). I am very pleased and will use him again!

They did what they said they were going to do. They gave me an estimate and stayed with it and didn't try to charge us anything extra. They came in and cleaned up and I didn't have any problem with anything. I called them back for some additional work and that was done in a very professional manner and looks good. We had read their reviews on Angie's List, and we called them and a couple of other people to come out and give us estimates. They were quick to respond and came out and gave us the estimate and dates and answered all my questions. They gave me the estimate and came back and did it when they said they were going to do it and got it done in the estimated time. They weren't expensive or cheap. I was very pleased with them and would definitely have them out again in the spring to redo the yard.

They brought a crew out and worked for a day. I would probably use them again if I had multiple trees but not just if I had one tree.

A tree in our front yard was partially knocked down in a storm. I call Charleston Area Tree Service for an estimate to remove the down part of the tree and to remove the remaining standing tree and stump. Keith (the owner) came out the same day I called and gave me a written estimate. After getting a second estimate (not written), I called and scheduled the tree to be removed. Keith and crew came in the afternoon of the day scheduled and removed all down branches, and cut down the part of the tree that was still standing. The guys cut the branches in firewood size and then stacked the wood in the back of my property. We now have enough firewood for the next winter. They took all debris and used a leaf blower to clean up the entire yard. They even took additional debris that we had in the yard from work we did the weekend before. They performed all this in about an hour and 15 minutes. They left the area in better shape than they found it. I was very pleased with the work performed and at a reasonable price and plan on calling them again for some additional tree removal in the future.
