Description of Work: Ken did our cottage and boat house. Very professional and prompt. Contracted one season and they were able to do it the next season. Did exactly what he said he would do and cleaned up nicely when they were done. I would highly recommend.

Description of Work: We needed our roof fixed and called Ken in 4/13. He "fixed" our roof in 6/13. Per his request, we posted positive FB on Angie's List. When we opened our cottage in 5/14, we noticed a water spot on the ceiling beneath the chimney. We called Ken and explained our issue. Since we no longer needed the chimney, Ken recommended we have him remove the chimney & seal the roof. He told us this would be a small & easy job, he had everything he needed and his crew would be over in "a few weeks". We recontacted Ken in July since nothing had been done. He told us he was very busy, but to absolutely not worry and he would get it done. In August our brother-in-law needed a roofer & we gave him Ken's number. When my brother-in-law talked to Ken, he was told Ken would do his roof in Sept. and, at the same time, he would fix our roof since the cottages were two doors apart. In late Sept., Ken replaced our brother-in-laws roof and told him he was on his way to fix our roof. For whatever reason, he did not do this. We next got up to our cottage in early Oct. We were excited to check out the roof. We were very surprised & disappointed to discover nothing had been done. We have left several messages on Ken's cell and home phones, requesting him to call us to let us know his plans. He has never called us back. We thought Ken was a responsible, trustworthy roofer. We were wrong.

Description of Work: They re-roofed the house. Workers behaved professionally and worked efficiently. I would hire this company again.
