Matt was great to work with. He was able to identify the problem over the phone and ordered the part needed to repair it. Once the part came in, Matt came on a Saturday to fix it right away instead of waiting until the following week. He even had a switch to fix a minor problem, that I had gotten used to, and didn't even think to mention it!

Good work on time

We just moved to Baraboo and needed our washing machine fixed. I found Matt on a google search, and I am so happy I did! Matt was great. He communicated well, right up to the time he came to do the job. He texted me before he left the Dells to come to our home, and arrived within the two hour window he gave me a few days before the job. While at our home, he explained what he did and why and how things worked. He even took a little extra time to check out our ice maker, with no extra charge. He was professional and personable. His price was less than I expected. He saved us money and aggravation, and I would highly recommend his services.

Matt arrived on time. Took washer apart and found problem right away!! Was very honest about cost to fix it. Advise to junk washer even after repairs could be done because of make of washer repairs would not last. I am thankful for Matt's honesty . His number is now on the side of our fridge!!!!!! I would call him again!!I will never buy an LG washer again!!!!

Matt is very professional and immediately figured out the problem with my dryer and explained it so I understood it. He quickly took care of the issue, explained what issues should be addressed in the future, and was done in less than an hour. He definitely earned my trust and I will continue to call him with appliance issues.
