Description of Work: Sprayed foam in our attic, but missed critical areas like the top wall plate and perimeter of the attic by the eaves. We hired him to complete the work the first contractor missed and gave him a copy of the inspection which detailed that we needed the top wall plate foamed. Still having ice dams and wet insulation on attic!

 + -1 moreThe entire process took approximately 4 hours. The workers were polite and knowledgable as well as professional in their approach to the work. They explained the process prior to staring work.
Description of Work: The company spray foam insulated the rim joist of my home. This involved removing and replacing ceiling tile, covering and protecting the existing walls, floors and finishes. It helped eliminate drafts in our finished lower level making the area a more livable space in the winter.

Description of Work: Applied spray foam insulation to rim joists and selected roof/attic areas as per recommended in energy audit. Also provided information/advice on what we could accomplish ourselves (apply rigid foam board, etc. to basement walls) to save money. Very personable owner and very competent technicians. Even though Wisconsin's winter is considerably warmer that usual, we have noticed big differences in the comfort of our home.

 + -1 moreAll work was completed within a tight timeline within appointment schedule in a very professional manner. We were extremely satisfied with the entire process of working with Fencil, and highly recommend their service and products. Our 1260' foot home would have an average budget plan of 60.00 per month for the gas for heating. (We have a boiler, in floor hydronic heat system) So the insulation they placed and the level of R-60 Cellulose insulation they recommended we use in the attic was absolutely great for our long term comfort and costs. A bit expensive up front, but saves lots over time!
Description of Work: Insulate the exterior walls with 4 1/2 " of FL 2000 2.0 Class 1 Polyurethane Foam Insulation, Trim any necessary foam over the face of the studs. Seal the top plate to the underside fo the roof for air wash and install air vents. Seal all exterior doors and windows with ENER 42 foam sealant. Seal the holes in the top and bottom wall plates and ceiling electrical boxes with foam sealant.
