Description of Work: I'm going to go out on a limb and give Esquire Muffler good marks, even though I've never taken my own car there. The ONLY reason I haven't is because their location is very inconvenient for me. My first hand experience is that when I have asked friends to recommend a good mechanic, Esquire always makes the list. Some have told me horror stories about other shops, but never a bad word about Esquire. A number of acquaintances who are active in the car hobby praise the owner as if he walks on water. I have met him a few times, when I have stopped to look at collector cars that are in his parking lot; and he's always been very personable and willing to answer my questions, even though he's never made a dime off me.

 + -1 moreDoug sticks by his warranty; if a part fails in the lifetime of the vehicle, he will have it replaced. In this case, it was the second replacement on the original purchase.
Description of Work: We had a muffler replaced under a warranty; this was the second installation on warranty of the original muffler.
