 + -1 moreThe only thing was the uncontrollable delay due to other major storm damage that contrsctor neded to complete before replacing my shingles.
Description of Work: Manager responded to concerns that shingles were falling off. He ordered in more durable shingles and took off the existing layer and replaced them with the newer shingles. Work was done under warranty. I am pleased with the follow up and that he "made things right" thereby preserving integrity.
