Description of Work: We needed some work done, and Jay came and looked and took notes, and left, saying he would get right back to us with a bid. 8 weeks later, he texted to say he could not do the job because "his insurance wouldn't let him work on an A-frame home". By that time we couldn't get on anyone else's schedule that summer, so we wasted an entire year because of his sloppy work ethic. I would not recommend him to anywon who actually wants to get work done, because he is unreliable.
