We had to take off a ledger board in the back and she took care of that. She worked all day and explained things to us for how things are going to work. Overall, it was a great experience.

Cassandra was great to work with and was the epitome of a professional. She was punctual, polite and very organized. She understood what we wanted done almost immediately. She saved us from having a big headache by suggesting we replace the siding before the concrete contractors laid down the patio. If we had laid down the patio first this would have been problematic (ie costly) Thanks Cassandra for a job well done. I will use her skills in the future..

Cassandra arrived on time and got right to work. She worked quickly, her rates were more than reasonable, and her work was perfect. Additionally as a single woman I felt comfortable being alone in my house with her.

Cassandra was the only handy person out of the three total we called that was willing to come out and give a free estimate. This was important since we didn't know the extent of the repair that would be necessary. She responded to our initial call very promptly, even though she was out of town. She advised us when she would return, and we talked with her upon her return. She came out to give an estimate shortly thereafter-she was very professional. She came out two days later to make the repairs. Her rate was very fair and included work and parts she purchased for repair. She made us feel very comfortable when she was in the house. I would highly recommend her. We plan to utilize her services again.

Cassandra was punctual for the estimate appointment and for the door hanging. She had estimated that the installation would take 4 to 5 hours, but there were some structural surprises with the house (no floor joists under the threshold), so she needed to run for some extra lumber and the job took a little longer than expected. She also put in additional insulation while she was at it. She consulted me on all this as she went. She proposed that I pay her only for the time she originally estimated plus materials, which I thought was more than fair. The door looks much better than I expected and I am thrilled with the extra steps she took to make sure that the work lasts.
