Tim and helper showed up on time, put up with pesty realtor, and got everything operational in reasonable time - traced circuits, replaced components and opened ceiling to access wiring , all at good cost -was very professional , communicated clearly , and made time in his schedule for the job -very pleased

Tim was great to work with! He is very reasonably priced and very personable to work with. I felt so bad because I was late for my 3:00 install we planned, and when I called him around 4:10, he was back at my house within 20 minutes to do the job. And, although I know I put a kink in his day, he still was pleasant and kind about it. I would definitely hire Tim again, should I need more electrical work done in the future!

I called for an estimate and Tim fit it in the same day. He noticed code issues that would need to be fixed and had creative solutions. The upgrade ended up being more challenging than originally expected due to tight spaces and mid 90 degree temperatures. Tim and his crew were very punctual and remained professional throughout. Due to project challenges, he had to bring in more crew than expected and come an additional day., but the cost of services remained as estimated.

Tim was great to work with. He was professional from the original estimate visit all the way thru the entire project. He got back to me in a timely manner and the work was completed in the original time frame and again in a timely manner. He not only gave me the different options so that I could make an informed decision in regard to what needed to be done, but also helped me understand different alternatives. He is very knowledgable and down to earth. I would recommend Tim for any size project. Thank you!!! Looking forward to working with Tim again on my next project.

Tim was very easy to work with. I called him a few weeks ago, described the work I needed completed for the home inspection and setup a time for him to complete the work. Tim completed all of the work I needed in a very timely manner and for a very fair price. I will use Tim for any electrical needs in the future.

Tim was great! Friendly, professional, prompt. His estimate (and final cost) was half what others wanted to charge. He even took care of contacting the city to find out if a permit was needed and again to advise them that the work was done. We will DEFINITELY keep his info for future needs and recommend him to our friends.

I called Tim of TVC Electric earlier in the month and informed him of the job. I asked him when he gets the chance to call be back for an estimate. He called me yesterday and we made the app't for today at 9:00, He and his partner arrived at 9:00 a.m.. My golden retriever pestered them but they continued the job. Tim is very good at responding promptly and fitting projects into his schedule. He came early in the morning and set up the new wiring for the new light fixtures - he took the time to be sure that they were centered over my check-out counter and dressing room. He asked my opinion and gave his input on options like height of the fixtures. He cleaned up after himself and is always polite, I really enjoy working with him and know that he will perform exemplary work. Highly recommend -

Left message with contractor on Angie's List, no response. Waited a couple days and then called their phone and left message. Again no response. I will now have to look up another contractor for the job.

Tim was great. He ended up coming three times for the vatrious jobs and only charged us when all work was complete. He is a great problem solver and is persistent until he figures out the problem and fixes it. He has a great personality and sense of humor. Tim did say when I first contacted him that he was really busy with other jobs and it may be a while before all of our jobs were completed. The only reason I rated him a B for responsiveness was because I had to call him after a few weeks to make sure we were still on the radar for our last project (the thermostat), but he came and did our job within a couple of days of that job. He's a busy guy, but we would definitely recommend him!

He started on Friday June 5, came back on Sunday June 7th and finished on Monday June 8. A job well done.

I really appreciated the manner which Tim provided me with options to check and quickly resolve the issue. This not only save me money, but provided a great impression of his professionalism. We will call Tim in the future.

We're doing a lot with him and we did other stuff with him before. He knows his stuff and he's always good about talking through the options and the different ways that you can do what you want to do. He's creative and collaborative. He does high quality work. He sometimes struggles to fit you in. When he says he's coming, he comes. He's on time.

He did a great job with a very difficult assignment. Two of the ceiling fans were 26 feet high on a cathedral ceiling. The job took longer than he anticipated yet he stayed and got the job done. He also gave electrical advice on other items. He installed a couple of dimmer switches which were not in the contract which we traded cleaning up afterwards for. Would hire again in a heartbeat!

Tim was very professional in his quoting. When the job started there were some things that needed additional attention. Tim described them and we were able to work through the items needing further attention. He was able to adjust pricing on the phone, do the work and get everything done on the same trip. The communication meant a lot to me.

Tuesday morning we heard a pop and saw smoke coming from our kitchen light fixture. After my brother and a friend of his, who are both electricians, were unavailable to help, I turned to Angie's list. Tim had great reviews so I sent him an e-mail. He was disappointed he had not checked his e-mail right away and said he would come out immediately even though it was after 7 o'clock at night. I told him not to rush and he scheduled an appointment to come over at 5 on Monday. It sounded like he had a busy schedule so I was happy he made time for us. He was at our house by 4:55 and immediately went to work. We have cathedral ceilings so he had to do a pretty good balancing act on an extension ladder. He was efficient in taking down the old fixture and installing a new one. He answered all of my questions and was very personable. He was honest and professional. Initially I wanted to put a ceiling fan in but Tim was honest with me and said it would probably sway too much because we would have to put at least a four foot extension rod on it. I was impressed with this because he could have made double the money if I had gone with the ceiling fan. (After realizing how much a good ceiling fan plus the installation was going to cost, we could not have afforded it anyway so I was happy in many regards.) I also asked Tim if he could install a motion sensor light behind our garage. Initially he was not sure if he would have time but because he was efficient in getting the kitchen light hung, he said he had 30 minutes before he had to get to football practice. He installed the motion sensor and adjusted it exactly as I wanted. Overall, I am extremely happy with Tim's work, his timeliness, and the value of his services. I have several other jobs that are low on the priority scale right now but I will definitely contact him again to have them done.

Excellent. Tim was punctual, professional, and thorough. The cost was as estimated. A few months later I needed another small job done on short notice, and Tim came by same day. Extremely grateful.

My light in the closet was not working and some of the outlets in the living room were not working as well. He checked over all the outlets and discovered the outlet in the back of the room was loose which was causing all my other problems. As he put it, there was intense heat on the outlet which caused a burn and some damage. I am very thankful the house did not burn down. Tim was professional and the communication we had was excellent. I couldn't believe how quick my first phone call to him to my problem being solved was. I am very grateful for that.

Came over and gave cost of what I wanted done. To meet with the drywallers schedule came back twice to complete the work, with little wait between calls. I found Tim to be very professional, worked with my schedule, on time, extremely knowledgeable and very clean and HE TOOK THE TIME TO DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. Thank-You Tim
