Dave gave us a quick response (same morning of us signing up) and an appointment was made for two days later (Thanksgiving was in-between). Very knowledgable and professional in identifying the situation and the way to remediate it.

Dave promptly called and came the same day to inspect my ceiling stain/questionable mold. He identified the problem and has saved me a lot of $$$. He is very knowledgeable and professional.

It is hard to find someone to trust these days, but we managed to do just that!! He was very thorough and honest. He ended up saving me from making a huge financial mistake! He ALWAYS answers the phone and answered all my questions, even sat there & printed out pictures while we waited & labeled them by hand. You also get a full report with pictures via email. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Everything went great we were happy with the service. There was one change and possible safety concern talked about at the inspection we had to request be added in the report because it wasn't in the written. But we got an ammended report and it was fine.
